Payment and ticket
Payment confirmation comes first.
Submitting a payment request does not guarantee a ticket. Keep the M-PESA message and the Meziz254 ticket reference. If money is deducted but no ticket appears, do not immediately pay again—contact support so the transaction can be traced.
Draw integrity
Results are independently verifiable.
New draws use a commitment made before sales close, a frozen ticket snapshot, and verified public randomness from the League of Entropy. Administrators cannot type or choose the winning numbers.
Winning and payouts
Keep your registered phone available.
Prize eligibility and payout values follow the rules attached to that draw. A submitted payout may remain pending while the mobile-money provider completes processing; it is paid only after final confirmation.
